SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is received before 12PM CST, we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12PM CST will be dispatched the following day.

US orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping. Shipping charges apply to US orders under $50

Our standard shipping services are via UPS and USPS. We currently deliver to all 50 United States, P.O. Box address, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

With KitBrix you are fully protected with your purchase. All products that have been personalized and/or customized are not subject to the Returns Policy below. Personalized and/or customized bags cannot be returned or exchanged.

As a customer you are entitled to a return with no explanation necessary, within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered (proved by postal receipt).

Cancellation must be performed via written instruction (letter or e-mail). Upon receipt of these written instructions, the notice of cancellation is given. Written cancellation must be sent within the time limit to make it valid. Returns should be addressed to: customerservicesus@kitbrix.com.

 

RETURNS POLICY

In case of a voluntary cancellation, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and returning the merchandise safely and in sellable condition within a 14-day period. KitBrix is responsible for refunding the purchase price of the product only. KitBrix will not refund the original postage costs. If the customer returns only part of the merchandise or returns the merchandise in a worsened condition, KitBrix reserves the right to deduct depreciation from the reimbursement. No compensation will be required if the deterioration of the product is solely due to its use or testing. In all other cases, the customer can avoid the obligation of value replacement by refraining from using the item as an owner would and ensuring it is not used in a way that impairs its value.

Sale items can only be exchanged.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by KitBrix before a refund is authorized. Once the return is received at the KitBrix warehouse, inspected, and deemed to be in unused, sellable condition, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

The right of revocation does not apply to special order items made according to individual customer specifications.

 

WARRANTY 

KitBrix product coverage is reflective of our commitment to our consumer's ongoing satisfaction.

KitBrix products are rigorously tested to ensure that the products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a KitBrix product (the "Product") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, KitBrix will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. 

Please note, the warranty does not apply to end-of-line sale items.  

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

If the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Any such repair or replacement will be at KitBrix 's expense, however you will be expected to return the product to the KitBrix service center. If the Product is to be replaced and the Product is no longer available, KitBrix will substitute a comparable KitBrix product (if one exists). Please note that some products will become obsolete and will be no longer supported when new versions come onto the market.

PROOF OF PURCHASE 

Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to serve as proof of your purchase and demonstrate your warranty coverage.
